    Had Culligan in 2017 for 1 year. Moved back into house 10/24; 11/24 asked them fix water softener equipment as it wasn't working. I did not provide current authorization to auto w/draw from my bank acct because they kept providing different $amts that were due. In addition the equipment never worked. They blocked my phone and email contact; I was unable to contact them. Meanwhile, they were creating a paper trail by calling me; since they had blocked me, I didn't ever receive them. I used a friend's phone; talked to owner Will. He said someone would contact me. That did not happen. They brought salt one time in March breaking into my yard and damaging the gate. In April I went to their office. They brushed me off and said someone would call me, which did not happen. I went again in June and they played all sorts of games and lied. They refused to admit they had blocked my ph# and my email. They had their record of calls and emails that never went through to me. They threw insults at me. They dodged the issue. Basically, they refused to work with me on the fact that I have been paying for service I was not getting since 11/25/24 and that they fraudulently were debiting my account without authorization. In addition, I had no access to the account and when this was brought to their attention, they refused to remedy that. I told them that since they refused to cooperate and repair the equipment and provide the service, and since they took the money from my acct without authorization, I wanted a full refund. When the refund was given they could come to the house, when I was home, and take their water softener equipment back. I have a water purifier system that I believe is through them also that I will have tested and if it works, I will keep that and they can provide me an invoice each month for payment.

    I have attached the letter that we are sending to ****** ******. The letter details and has the records for our attempts to make contact and her lack of response. We wanted to take care of her water softener and provide service, but she barred us from entering her property and was unresponsive. She created an environment in which our employees felt unsafe. The claims made are proven to be untrue in the documentation that has been provided. We would like to move forward from this and continue to serve our community in a positive manner. We are willing to waive the equipment removal charges, labor charges, and any contract termination charges as a gesture of goodwill.
