      I sold my truck on BidBus on the 17th of December and the deaaler they sent me to has not paid my lender off in over 16 days since turning in the car. I have tried to get the dealer to respond and I now have tried to get BidBus to help but slow to no response. This has not been a good experience and I am worried my credit is going to suffer because they are not paying off my former lender.

      We received confirmation from **** today 1/6/25 that the dealer who purchased his vehicle through our auction platform has satisfied the lien. We had previously sent multiple follow *** to the owner of the dealership once we received word that they had not paid the lien off in a timely manner. We take these issues very seriously but must rely on the dealer's diligence (in this case Vision **************) to adhere to industry laws and expectations. Since we do not take ownership of the vehicle's that are listed on our platform, we are somewhat limited with how much control over the final sales transaction. We will be issuing Vision ************** a warning and will suspend their access to our platform should they continue to fall short on providing the level of customer service that is expected of them.
