    Guardian Financial is a debt relief company who has been working with me to settle 2 debts. ***** is the company that handles the money transactions. Looking at my account in *****, the *** Client Debit transactions, which automatically withdraws $1,111.48 from my personal checking account, has resumed as of 5/8/2025, but also in *****, I see that the Settlement Payments to the creditors has not resumed. However, the money being deposited into my ***** account is disappearing. The balance in my ***** account is $337.31. There have been 2 *** Client Debit transactions of $1,111.48 made on 5/8/2025 and 6/9/2025. ****** ***** had been my contact from Guardian Financial. I also called ****** ***** and left a voice message on 6/14/2025 with no response back.I have attached 7 files. Three show the contact information for ***** and Guardian Financial. One shows the contact information of ****** ***** from Guardian Financial. One shows my log of communication between ****** ***** and myself. I identified where ****** ***** did not respond back. Another is the last two email communications I have sent to Guardian Financial. Lastly, I included the ***** transaction log.
