    I bought 2 Stainless steel shocks on May 6th, 2023 still haven't received them. I called every month they said they are building them I called today 11/28/23 at 11 AM they said they need the owner's approval to send them.

    Was looking for a park for my 2012 f250 that fabtec Motorsports did not sell anymore. I got in touch with an outside sales representative name **** ********. Ordered the car through him hey and item was delivered a couple days later. Come to find out the part did not fit my truck contacted customer service for a return. Was told they were moving into any warehouse and it would be about 3 to 4 weeks. Took 2 months for the RMA to finally be approved. Returning item took them 45 days to inspect the item to let me know that since it had been installed on the vehicle a refund could not be accepted. The item was only partially installed when I found out it did not fit. Item was repackaged shipping label purchase by myself and returned for a refund. This was back in April it is now almost the end of July and I am without any kind of refund. Several weeks have went by without any correspondence from the return department. Several emails sent to their head representative ******** ********* without a single response. It wasn't until I threatened to report them to the BBB that I finally got a response. The items purchased were almost $500 and I have been without that money since April. Very poor customer service and an even poor returns department it led me here to file this complaint.
