  I purchased Tesla Deep Blue Metallic **** Touch Up Paint TUPAINT-******-PEN-ESSENTIAL Product: pen, Kit: essential. I never used the pen The white pen tip is still white. I hear liquid inside, but nothing dispenses. This product has never been used and I went to use the pen for the first time last weekend, but nothing came out. This product was stored upright in a cool dark place in my home. I asked to have this product replaced and they said no. "Please note we have a 45-day return policy." I would never invest another ***** in any of their products. NO LOT NUMBERS AND NO EXPIRATION DATES! This product could have been sitting on a shelf in their facility for years!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you are brave enough or dumb enough to take a chance, make sure you open the product and use it immediately!! They do not stand behind their product!

  The customer purchased this item last **********. We have a 45 day return/refund policy- as stated in our website. We offered to provide him a discount on the purchase of his replacement - but did not receive a response.

  Got silver paint. Metallic Ice blue was the color. ************ pic of color received. Gave them color number etc They wanted more pics of number. Poor product. Did not stand behind product

  By pass this company, what they say on their website is false advertisement, lawsuit worthy. No communication, no information on your orders, no email as promised by the website, no response to emails, and so far no order. I will be cancelling my orders. I dont know if they are trying to rip me off or what theyre doing. IF I COULD FIVE NEGATIVE STARS IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE.

  Touchup Direct sent the wrong paint (after a very long order cycle) and then went radio silent on support. I wont be using them again...

  First, when you call their customer service number you get a message saying they are no longer returning calls and you must email them. When you try to email them through the contact form on their website, the email will not send if you don't remember your order number. The color they sent to me in no way resembled the color of my car ( I tested it on the test card included in the test kit) and lastly, when I opened up the Basecoat, the felt tip on the pen fell off, rolled across my garage and disappeared. Hence the whole kit is unusable anyway. I cannot recommend this product or this company.

  We have already taken care of this customer on 12/7. There was an issue with the order, and we have submitted a new replacement order to resolve the issue.

  Do not buy! Paint does not match! Emailed them and they sent another can of paint. Both did not match! Now we have to pay someone 2k to redo the paint that their product ruined!
