  No recomiendo este lugar yo pague para que 150 personas comieran y faltaron más de 30 que no comieron además el lugar no es para 150 y ellos por ganar mas dinero ni les importa que estemos apretados el aire acondicionado no servia y estaba muy incómodo estar ahí con tanta calor
  Yo le dije a uno de los empleados del aire y me dijo que éramos muchas personas y entonces me pregunto porque permiten tanta gente ? Me gustaría saber si la ciudad o los bomberos saben de esto ? Porque permiten negocios así en la ciudad de chino ? Que no tiene cada lugar un límite de personas ? Yo no vi una salida de emergencia y el baño de hombres es uno solamente
  Varias sillas tenían el cojín despegado y cada vez que te parabas se caía tuvimos que mover mesas para que los invitados pudieran bailar cuando comenzaron a servir a 150 personas la mesa principal la sirvieron al final y para colmo se a acabo la comida para los que llagaron después a mi me prometieron que se podían servir las veces que quisieran y no es verdad además sirvieron un plato muy pequeño como para. Niño a mi me robó este lugar y quiero mi reembolso además que la dueña tiene una manera de tratar muy enojona parece que solo piensa en el dinero y no en los clientes los manteles estaban sucios las cortinas nunca las Labán las sillas le pedí que las queira igual y puso distintas en una mesa yo un día antes organicé donde se sentarían mis invitados y les avise para que cuando llegaran supieran su mesa las enumere y ella las cambio cuando llegamos a la fiesta tube que reorganizar todo y me dio pena mis invitados ya estaba en la puerta y yo los hice esperar para organizar otra vez en realidad fue mucha estrés y lo más que me hizo enojar fue que falto comida no es justo que me robaron mi dinero

Child, this place stole from me and I want my refund. Also, the owner has a very angry way of treating her. It seems that she only thinks about money and not about customers. The tablecloths were dirty. The curtains never washed them. The chairs I asked her to want. the same and she put different ones on a table the day before I organized where my guests would sit and I let them know so that when they arrived they would know their table I listed them and she changed them when we got to the party I had to reorganize everything and I felt sorry for my guests they were already at the door and I made them wait to organize again it was actually a lot of stress and the most that made me angry was that I lacked food it is not fair that they stole my money.

  This client had the opportunity to view the venue before booking
  We also have different locations we’re she had to opportunity to get bigger location to accommodate her guest
  She didn’t have the funds to cover the 50% upfront so she ask to work payment plans with her we try to help as much as we can
  She had her event I have videos and images of them having fun
  Now that the party is over trying to find ways to scam our business
  Now she is harassing the business on Yelp on BBB any platform she can get her hands on
  I contact our lawyer regarding this matter Defamation of character
  She has been having random people that didn’t book with us Bad mouthing the business in every plate form just because she wants to get her money back
  We delivered everything she booked us for before her party time started
  We open doors for free the day before
  To make it convenient for her
  We will process legal way because harassment hasn’t stopped we have proof of all the attacks
  This is very sad situation we are facing with this client as a small business
  We been in business over 14 years and this encounter has been overwhelming
