I can no longer in good faith trust ASRock to stand behind their products. On 7/8/2023 I purchased parts to build a second server which consisted of an ASRock Rack server motherboard EP2C612D8-2T8R. Once the build was finished and mounted into the rack, it remained online for months. The only times it was taken offline was due to power or installing a PCI-E card. One night I noticed a burning smell coming from the basement where most of my server equipment is located. I found that this server had crashed due to a memory issue. The *** modules were extremely hot and the labels were beginning to melt. I reached out to ASRock support on 3/29/2024 to being the *** process. I was asked to remove the CPUs and provide pictures of the pins to see if they were bent. Both CPUs were installed, functioned, and were not removed for over 8 months so the likelihood of a bent pin on either socket was extremely unlikely. But I provided the images anyways. They could not tell based on the photos and requested the board be returned (at my expense) so that they could inspect it. Nearly two weeks had past before I received the notice that my return was being shipped. The *** system said that the serial number was the same so they were sending the same motherboard back with no other information about the repair. I received the package and inspected it, to only find the motherboard but no paperwork explaining what was done. I installed the board back into the server only to find that the issue was still there. I reached back out stating that the issue was still there and that the board was faulty and required replacement. ASRock replied stating that they found 9 bent pins and would not warranty it due to customer damage. I inspected the board again using a microscope and could not find a single pin that was out of place. I requested the proof of the bent pins but they could not provide any. I need visual proof that they found damages on this board or else I am to assume they are lying.

Honestly, worst experience with a tech company I've ever had. I Purchased a Z690M-ITX from ASRock through Newegg and the first board they sent me arrived dead on arrival. These things happen so I got a replacement board sent, which also arrived dead on arrival. Finally my third board arrived and worked for about 3 months and then died. I decided at this point to reach out to ASRock to figure out what was happening, I was worried that maybe there was another issue. ASRock was not helpful at all, they just keep pushing their *** process on you regardless of what you say, its like speaking to a machine. Eventually, I was told to send my current MB back to them (on my dime) and they would send a replacement board. This process took almost 5 weeks, and when I finally recieved my replacement it had been thrown into an oversized cardboard box without being in an antistatic bag and had no padding. At this point I relized this company doesnt give a s*** about their products or their customers. I called asking them for a refund (its $140) and that I would send them back their board, but they just kept pushing the *** process and refusing a refund. Their product quality and customer service is so poor, you should avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely horrible RMA process in Canada.
One month and three days ago, I shipped my GPU (ASROCK 6700XT Challenger 12GB) to ASROCK via UPS for an RMA. I am in CANADA. It arrived at their RMA location within a day (May 3rd, 2023). However, the company provided no updates or acknowledgement of receiving my card. After two weeks, I sent multiple emails inquiring about the status, only to receive a response stating they had received my GPU. I had to plead just to get any information about the progress. Despite sending numerous emails requesting an explanation for the delay or an estimated timeframe for a replacement, I have been left without any response or assistance.
It is frustrating that they show no concern whatsoever. Moreover, considering that the model I have is widely available in most PC stores, I fail to understand why this process is so challenging for them. There is no scarcity issue with these cards anymore. I have contacted all available email support lines, yet I have not received any response in the past two weeks. I am completely clueless about the current situation and feel deceived. If they do not have the card, they should inform me promptly. I would prefer a refund so that I can move on. Will have to shell out more money to buy another GPU because I will be moving cross country after an unexpected job offer. Thanks ASROCK!
TLDR; Asrock RMA support is useless, leaves people in the dark, are apathetic and don't care, and will now likely have to buy a new gpu again because I will have to be moving soon and can't afford to wait months to get a replacement.
0/10 ASROCK, will never buy again, lesson learned.

Customer service was awful. Breanna had no knowledge of the consumer protection laws in both California and Tennessee that she was violating by denying my warranty repair. She claimed warranty labels had been removed even though "conditional warranty labels" are an illegal practice in both the states where they operate and where my GPU was purchased. To add insult to injury she tried to charge me 600 dollars to repair an 800 dollar GPU that I already paid 1200 for due to poor market conditions. 75% of MSRP!!! Furthermore, she would not provide an itemized list of the labor hours and parts required. In fact, she just came up with that number with zero inspection of the card done. Unbelievable. Buyer beware!!! Driver updates brick their GPUs and they try to blame the consumer. Shop elsewhere or get burned like I did.
