    on 9/17/2022 I ordered from Amazon a Syba 8 Bay enclosure model ***********. the unit is not under a return policy from Amazon so I contacted Syba via their website twice and then by e-mail three times and they have not answerer me back at all. The unit does not work and no one will contact me.

    We have been in business since 2001 and have taken care of thousands of after sales inquiries. Our policy is to reply customer's inquiry within 24~48 hours. All defective units are to be replaced as long as there is a proof of purchase and within warranty period.

    We are sorry this particular case was not handled in the right way. Most likely the corresponding email either got rejected by mail server due to suspicious link or went straight to the junk folder. Anyhow, we are more than happy to send replacement unit to customer if he can contact us again s**************.com to obtain an RMA#.
