      Even one star is too much! This is a junk leather store. This store is the one located in Tempe AZ. Stay away! Read all the one star reviews first before you go there! Thin leather that peels and tears. To add insult to injury, Mike the salesman, is dishonest and nasty. Once he has your money he is done and tries to blame his customers for the poor quality of his leather furniture!

      ***** *****'s concern was addressed in June of 23022. Client has not returned a target swatch required for the production of the replacement part. Voice mails were left in June of 2022 and again just yesterday

      No concern has been addressed....it's impossible to reach anyone at any extension for this company. I do not have a target swatch to provide and no service request has been filed. None Zilch Zero....They are dishonest and require you to pay. I have never been able to talk with anyone in the service department regarding this. Received NO request for swatch...SHOW ME THE REQUEST!

      We purchased a leather recliner from Arizona Leather Interiors on 8/09/2020 and once we received the recliner 12 weeks later we were dissatisfied with the firmness of the seat foam. We ordered another exact leather recliner from them on 10/22/2020 to match the original recliner and we had the same seat foam problem and the leathers didn't match! Our main complaint is that they put us off for months on end and their reasoning of that was they had to order the replacement foam from over seas. I discovered that they could have replaced our foam in both chairs with US made foam with a local company named On Site Furniture Repair, but they were unwilling to pay for a superior product.
      It ended up costing us $750.00 to replace the foam in the recliners with On Site Furniture Repair when our recliners originally cost us $2,800.00, so we have now invested over $3,500.00 for 2 leather recliners!

      Mr De *********, Purchased a chair in 2006 and was happy with it for 10-12 years, So much so that he purchased again in 2020, 2 special order chairs at 2 different times. He is correct, foam was very difficult to obtain and remains difficult to obtain due to covid supply chain issues. At no time in our 25 year history has our company used any type of foam from "Overseas" all of our foam is manufactured in Pomona Ca. USA. Mr De********* Privately Hired and paid On-Site to supply a firmer foam for his recliners.
