    Two pallet shipment from supplier in China was routed through King Speed LLC in Chino to deliver to Fallbrook CA. Shipper received our pallets on 5/23 and called us to ask for our hours, if we had a dock, etc. We confirmed hours 8-5 and no dock. Delivery confirmed for 5/24. No delivery. 5/25, we call, King Speed is surprised they haven't delivered. They say they will call us back. They do not. 5/26 we call and are told they have no pallets and all are out, so they don't have our shipment. Then I call back later with the same info and am told they do have our shipment, but they don't have a driver willing to drive from Chino to Fallbrook. I generously change the shipping address to Corona, much closer, and they promise to deliver today (5/26) by 8:30pm, our close of business. It is now 8:30pm, I reached out to the agent, and am now told it was picked up on 5/24 on its way to Fallbrook (original destination that was due on 5/25) and that they do not have an ETA. So I still after 4 days of calling them have no idea when my shipment is going to arrive. These were promotional goods for Memorial Day weekend, which I guess we're now going to miss due to King Speed LLC. I am seeking delivery and partial refund of all shipping fees as this has been a ridiculous ordeal working with ***** and the agent at 9********* (I am unsure her name).
