    I ordered two pairs of shoes and only got one pair. When I contacted the company I was told my order was fulfilled. Yes it was fulfilled but I only got one pair of shoes, not the two I originally ordered. I sent a photo of my receipt as proof that I bought 2 shoes. Still waiting.

    I have ordered a total of 2 things from YRU. One of the items was a Pre-Sale order that will not come out until November. The other item, which I was very excited about, was a mystery box of shoes. At first, when I submitted the order, it took over 10 business days to process, and it took me submitting a service claim for them to respond. Unfortunately, I do not know where the shoes were delivered as they weren't delivered to my house. I submitted a service claim for this, and YRU advised me to contact *** to submit a claim. Unfortunately, *** refused to let me submit my claim as it was over $100.00 in value, and apparently, I wasn't insured for that. I responded to the service email accordingly on 10/08 and have not seen a response. I sent another service request on 10/11 and have not heard back. At this point, this is about $300+ wasted, and I will have to attempt to retrieve this back through my back. The only resolution I want at this point is my money back and to cancel my future pre-sale order as the customer service I've received has been horrible.

    Getting any updates or replies from this comply is awful. I bought a pair of shoes, they came too late so I returned them when I got them. Never worn, still wrapped in the box the way they came. Returned them. They have received my shoes according to *** over three weeks ago but have not reached out nor replied to any of my emails regarding my refund. So this is how I have to get a reply from this company. Disappointing.

    Sad because I was told by a friend that YRU made quality shoes. I checked them out an lo and behold! They were having a sale. I bought a cute pair of QOZMO shoes in Atlantis, and while entering my information, autofill put in a temp email I do not have access to. I contacted the support email to update my information and resend my order confirmation, but it's been a week and I've yet to receive any response to my tickets! This made me suspicious which lead me to here. I don't have a good feeling about this brand anymore and I feel so stupid for blindly falling in love with cute shoes of questionable quality and nonresponsive customer service.

    We apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Our customer service has been backed up, but we did respond to you. Your shoes are in transit, but unfortunately, the updates are in the old email you entered, but we sent you the tracking number so you can follow them in transit. Rest assured, our shoes are quality and still cute, even if the email was not entered correctly thanks to autofill.

    Worst customer service, I have heard good things about this company and decided to take the plunge. Preorder monster high shoes back in april, get a shipping confirmation on 6/30 with tracking number and no product sent. No updates, communication, yet they know and willing acknowledged liking comments on social media that had issues but continued to ignore and advertised. Never been so disgusted in my life in customer service. Others are getting their shoes. However have reached how many times, no resolution.

    Hello. We apologize you are unhappy. We like to remind our customers of our policy online when purchasing our preorder shoes. The dates are subject to change not because of our production, but post COVID, the port is not 100%. Unfortunately, we cannot communicate with the amount of orders. This is why there is no direct communication. We acknowledge comments and like comments on social media with issues, and we privately DM them. We are sorry this disgusts you this much. Others are receiving their shoes because we are shipping out orders daily. However, with the Monster High drop, the orders were more than anything we have seen. With that said, UPS and FedEx has daily limits on what they can take. We have been asking for more than one pickup per day. We have your shoes, we label them, and we line them up for UPS and FedEx to take, and we hope yours gets out sooner than later. We are trying here and we appreciate the communication, both good and bad reviews help us try to solve for these issues.

    Thank you for the update. I finally got my shoes but just wanted to updat they never acknowledged on dming issues and decided to stop responding to emails. Comments just knowing their was issues but nothing on responding and they pick and chose whom they wanted to responded tpo

    Took forever to get a hold of Customer service for shipping issues. Finally received the shoes and they were the wrong pair, similar but VERY different. Now I haven't been able to get a hold of customer service at all.

    I have had great experiences with this company. I currently own 2 pairs of dunes and both are very comfortable. I’ve had one pair for over a year with no issues. I have a third pair on the way now as well.
    They were fairly quick with shipping- never had to exchange but I’ve spoken to the operations manager Rob and he was very nice and respectful.
