      I purchased a battery for my office jet 200 mobile printer and the printer deemed it as faulty. I attempted to contact the company by phone due to not having a login id or password to access the website. I removed a functioning battery to test the purchased one so I know the printer is functioning.

      07/19/2022 was the date I put in the order using my ATM/Debit card. Order number is ********. The order states "approved," and then "order created successfully," but I have emailed, telephoned and left voice messages, asking when the order is going to be shipped and I get no response. Nobody answers the phone or calls back in response to messages and emails go unresponded to, also. I want my money back which amounts to $64.84 including products, shipping, and sales tax. I can't upload the order form.

      The order was shipped out on 08/15/2022 as stated on their order under UPS tracking - *****************8

      UPS Tracking shows the order was delivered on 08/18/2022.

      On 6/8/2022 we purchase a new Lexmark fuser from Parts here 0rder # ********. When we received the product the fuse was deflective and did not work. We have call and return #******** the product back to them. As of today we still have not received a refund or call or email from partshere on the status of our refund . We have tried several time to discuss the issue, but no one will return our call or response.
      I have also submitted the supporting documents in regard to part.
