    I placed an order with you on April 7, 2022, order # ***** for some sim cards using my Chase credit card for payment. On April 8, 2022, you fraudulently used my the Credit Card to make a payment to Red Pocket Mobile in the amount of $113.41 and to AT&T Bill Payment in the amount of $898.21. I tried to contact you on numerous times about this fraudulent matter but you are not responding to my emails or calls. I contacted *** ********* at ***** concerning this matter but you are not responding to her either. That is why I am filing this complaint against you with the BBB. You need to refund my money in the amount of $1,011.62 that you stole from my credit card. The sim cards you sent me are "Fake", and can't be activated on any phone. You sent me "Fake" sim cards and fraudulently used my credit card to pay your bills at Red Pocket Mobile and AT&T Bill Payment. I am requesting BBB to forward to me the FFC and FTC address where I can file a complaint against you and hopefully file fraud and criminal charges against you. I will valiantly and aggressively pursue this fraud until it is resolved. I will be also contacting the Chino Police Department concerning this matter. I noticed that you don't even have an address for your company because you are a fraud.
