    I hired Limons **** Service (Gardener) to trim trees, bushes, vines and dried foliage from my neighbors back yard because they block my view of the valley. The gardener told me that they will do the job right and to my satisfaction for the cost of $1,600. The owner of the property was out of town but gave me permission to access the back yard and trim the trees and bushes. When the gardener was done, I checked the yard and saw that some branches were not cut and foliage was not picked up. I pointed this out to the gardener. I told him that the branches and foliage need to be removed. I told him that the home owner may not like that. The gardener said that it will be ok but that if the home owner wants it removed, he will return. So I paid the gardener at the end of the day. When the home owner returned, he was upset because of the leftover branches and foliage. So I called the gardener and told him what the home owner said. The gardener said he would come in the morning, but he did not. He then said he would come after lunch, he did not. He then said he would come early the next morning. He did not. And he never called me, I had to call him. Because I could not trust the gardener, I stopped communicating with him. I eventually had to go to my neighbor's house and clean up the mess the gardener left behind. I spent 3 hours cutting and cleaning. I filled 4 residential trash cans and the back of my full size truck.

    Good afternoon ****************,
    This is to inform you that ************** of ******* ************ contacted me today and offered to refund me $800 which is half of the amount I paid him for the hillside clean up on May 2, 2024.  I accepted his offer and no longer wish to pursue a complaint of his business.
