      I paid to the above-mentioned medical center in $700. I went back and asked them for a refund of the amount OR exchange with another service.They told me to weight, till their corporate office to respond on my ************** time when I went, they forced me to fill another medical form.I want my original medical forms including the one I have signed in September *****. I have made back and forth to this *********** medical weight controls in ***** facility at least 10 visits lately.I need to approach for a more serious method of resolution which can be more efficient than BBB with them.I NEED MEDICAL RECORDS FILES OF MINE THOSE THEY ARE HAVING WITH THEM IMMIDIATELY UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT PLEASE.Respectfully,*********** ***********.

      Dear BBB Team,I am happy customer of "**********************************-***********************************-Phone: **************". I got definetely benifited in loosing weight by purchasing a program from the above center.I wanted my sister "******* ***********" also get benift from the same program. I paid $799 for my sister to "**********************************". While I was paying for the program for my sister "******* ***********" I have spoken to the staff and we very clearely communicated about her need of travelling due to her job. They have happily agreed. Today(12/05/2024)we went to get next injection for her. One of the center decent staff wanted my sister to fill the form again and pay again because they have completely lost medical record of my sister. (If they can't maintin claint records, they should have asked us keep a copy-atleast we could have provided them my sisters medical record to the center staff). The Polite staff of this center wanted my sister to fill another brand new intake form and pay them one more time.During that discussion was happening between the center staff and my sister, I was in a meeting standing outside of the center and asked my sister wait for her time in the waiting line. The very polite staff of this center asked my sister to leave the permices bacause, center already lost her old previous medical record. They also have thretened her to call police on her.I am very unhappy with this whole situation, Moving forward from now, I don't recomend this place to anyone because of medical treatment quality and definitely because of this center staff poor treatment with their customers-having mistake from their side definetely anyway.NOTE- Please Zelle $799 to "Phone-************" (******* ***********) ASAP please.

      On 6/13/23 I purchased 4 semaglutide .25mg injections (weekly) for $200 That day my blood pressure was high and they still gave me 1 semaglutide injection. The next week I came and my blood pressure was high again so they denied my injections. I respected their decision and asked them for a partial refund and they told me no. I called again asking for my partial refund and they told me no. I was only given 1 shot and I paid for 4.
