    Rock My Bling (J and M Designs). TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered an emblem for my Polaris Slingshot. It arrived and had minimum adhesion. I sent an email 8/10/23 indicating same and received a response from ******** on 8/11/23 indicating he would send a different decal cut from a different material. As of 8/30, I still had not received the replacement decal. I sent another email indicating same and received no response. I then returned the original decal on 9/6/23 intact to show how little adhesiveness it had. (This decal was made in a way to allow each letter in the decal to be attached individually thus, I could return all letters intact aside from the 1 letter which I had attempted to attach to my Slingshot). Still, no response as of 9/14/23.At this point, I consider my funds lost but ****** learned. I sent thru a review to the website but I noticed all reviews need to be "approved by owner" before being posted. Would be very surprised if my review is approved by the owner. Plan to send my review out to as many Slingshot groups as I can to help any other Slingshot owners from throwing their money away.
