    As we mentioned several times in our email communication, we want to clarify that our Raw Assortments are a mix of various flowers from our raw collection, as clearly stated in our product descriptions. The inclusion of the Sunflower Daisy, a part of our Raw Collection, aligns with what was described and purchased. We understand that individual expectations can vary, but you received exactly what you ordered, which matches the description provided on our website.We are always open to constructive feedback and strive to resolve genuine issues. However, it's important to clarify that your repeated threats of negative reviews if we did not 'fix' an issue that was in line with the product ordered, puts us in a challenging position. Our policy is to provide accurate product descriptions and excellent customer service, but we cannot acquiesce to demands that go beyond the scope of our business practices.A copy of the email communication showing your threats is available to share.
