    My comercial trucking insurance expired on 11-05-2022 and for the past 5 weeks Ive been being trying to obtain a quote for renewal, I didnt receive any until 18hrs before my insurance expired and premium bring $79,000 vs $14,000 compared to last year. I had no choice but to pause my business in order to obtain other quotes since agent kept my lost runs sheet from me.

Prior to your insurance policy expiring, we worked on obtaining a renewal quote with the renewing insurance company and other markets to have more options. The renewing insurance company took longer than normal and offered a higher quote due to the accident that was not reported to us nor the insurance company, with the driver that you hired which was also not reported to us. The other insurance companies that we work with declined to offer a quote. All insurance consumers are not bound to their agent and may look for other  options with other agencies and insurance companies. Loss runs were sent as soon as they were requested.

     As for your desired settlement to be a refund, no money was paid for a renewal therefore there is no premium to be refunded from us or the insurance company.
