On oct 20 I purchased a **** mustang convertible from ***** owner of his shop he had a car listed on offer up for 3.8k and I went to go see it. the listing said it was in perfect condition no mechanical problems at all before I went to go see it I asked again if there is any maintenance needed or issues he said none at all. Once I arrived I noticed the convertible top didn't work and there was a Loud squeaking noise but that it was normal and nothing wrong. I ended up purchasing the car trusting him since he said it was his daily and never had an issue, less than a week later I saw the back window was falling out. On nov 1 the back window felll out completly while I was driving on the free way then once I got to a fast food place the car was smoking white under the hood I decided to go home while on the way something exploded under the hood and made the hood pop open and even more smoke came out and a flame as soon as I got home mind u I had only driven the car less than a hour that day as soon as I parked I noticed oil spilling all over the street from the car. I made multiple attempts to reach out to have him fix the issue or return my money but he just ignored me and would tell me to go pick up the title. I would just like to return the car since I already had to replace the brake lights since I was made aware they weren't even working but since I only was there to see the car when I bought it I couldn't tell. Since I reached out he's accused me of overheating the car even though I drove an hour or less after just running errands in my area and wants me to just pick up the title. I made it very clear this was all the money I had when I bought it because I currently am unemployed but need a car for school and I trusted him since he was a mechanic. I told him he sold me a lemon and if I can just return the car for my money there has been multiple issues like brake light, blown head gasket, convertible top, back window brake pads and rotors and maintenance issues.
