    Ex wife and I received bows for the first year then suddenly they just stopped coming. They continue to take out money every month. When you call customer service it only rings twice and you can't leave a message or get an option to talk to anybody. Both of us have emailed them a dozen or more times with no response. I had to contact the company who supposedly powers them to contact somebody and have the account cancelled

    Literally stole my money from December to June/July. I thought since they werent sending me boxes I wasnt getting charged. I decided to check my credit card statement but boyyyyy was I wrong. They literally charged me December all the way until July. They were taking money out monthly. The last time I had received a box was the November box that had the Christmas bows in it. I literally would just like my money back because, what kind of business does that. Also, I emailed them in July/august to see if they could refund but I have yet to receive a response and its now October.

    I was getting bows for a couple of years now all of a sudden five or six months ago stopped getting them and they're still taking **** out of my out of my checking account every month I would like the money replaced and don't know how to go about doing it but it has to stop coming off it's interfering with other bills now

    Hello, I sent a message to the company through on June 20, 2022 but have yet to receive a response. I was supposed to receive a credit on my account due to not receiving a bow box in January 2022, but I contiyto be charged $21.99 per month without receiving any products. The last tracking number on my account shows delivered in March. I noticed multiple complaints from moms on the companies ******** page complaining about the same issue. This seems to be fraudulent. The company makes it extremely difficult to speak to someone (they dont even list a phone numberyou cant leave reviewsetc.).
