On December 28, 2024, I made reservations on their website. We arrived and they led us outside. We told them we wanted to sit inside because the last time they sat us outside, we made it about 5 minutes before we told them we needed to be seated inside because the outside seating is like a wind tunnel! They have portable heaters, but they don't work when the wind is blowing in from one side and ******* out the other side. All the heaters do is burn the top of your head. They do nothing when the rest of your body is going numb and shivering.******** **** (I believe that was her name - she was extremely helpful) said they'd get us a table inside ****, so we walked back to the front of the restaurant to wait for a table.I went to use the restroom, and went I came out, ********* was in my wife's face yelling at her saying, "YOU made the reservation outside!" I walked up to see what was going on, and ********* got in my face saying, "YOU made the reservation outside!" I told him I didn't and told him the last time we were sat outside, we froze, so why would I ever make a reservation outside?! That makes absolutely no sense. He copped an attitude (more of a hissy fit) and said, "When you make reservations, you have two options; to make reservations inside or outside!" I told him the website NEVER gave me an option, and I simply made a reservation for a specific time. Then he continued with his harassment (he was in my face the entire time which wasn't a very smart idea seeing as how I'm 6'2" 250lb. military veteran that works out 5x a week and he's an overweight soy boy) and he said, "Well, the system defaults to outside when inside isn't available."1) How on earth are customers supposed to know their system defaults to outside dining?! 2) If it's a system issue, why try and blame the customer and attempt to intimidate us?There is much more to the situation, but it won't allow me to type anymore characters. I will attach the complete situation.
