    Joined this gym back in may. Signed a contract with them to pull funds from a specific credit card as stated by the contract I signed. Come to find out they wrongfully charged me. Ive attempted to contact the facility immediately after I received notice that payments failed. No luck in contacting. Finally was able to contact a manager. Two months ago from today she said she would discuss the issue with corporate and nothing. She also stated she would put in a cancellation from the original date of contact and Im still attempting to get charged. Per the contract signed they were supposed to charge the card bonded to the contract. They did not they charged a card that is a one time use for boxing glove rentals. I have not heard back from the issue in 2 months. The banks wont help me because it satisfies what was owed even though it goes against this facility. *** requested to speak with a mediator per the contract rules since there has not been resolution and no response with mediation requests. I will now have to take legal action for a refund due to an error from this gym. I was also told from this manager that she put in a cancellation request as of the first point of conta y which was 6/19/24 and they are still attempting to charge me for this. I attempted to correct their error immediately after seeing the card was not correct. They did not have an online option for me to do it on my own so I needed their help and they never answered phones or emails even thought in their contract it states to reach out. I never made changes they had the wrong info on file and had they helped me change the info I wouldnt be here today. They wrongfully took money from the wrong card, wont correct their error or will not discuss the matter further. I had to pay an insufficient fund fee and returned check fee for their errors and they are not willing to fix their errors but yet Im penalized and now late on bills.

    I need to cancel my membership which is 109/month. I have tried calling and emailing but they won't respond. The first time I tried to reach out was May 11th, so its been over a month of unanswered emails and calls. I tried to email the corporate organization, but they said they could not assist.
