    I called same day carpet cleaning on Friday, February 23 to get a carpet cleaning I was informed that they would be out Sunday morning. I was informed that the price started at $79. I only needed one room cleaned and that the technician would give me more of an estimate once they got here, once the technician came to my home on February 25 the technician told me it would be $200 and he did double the chemicals and that he couldnt guarantee the spots would come out. The technician demanded that I pay him $200 before he would even start the carpet. I asked him if he would get the carpet cleaned him for me yes After the carpet was cleaned by him, he said he couldnt clean it any better than what he had cleaned it and it would look better once it dried as the technician was leaving I saw that he came in a regular mini*** that was not a cleaning *** my carpet looks worse than it did their streaks all through my bedroom carpet. The carpet is worse than what it look like before I called them to my home I called the office back on Tuesday February 27 and informing them that my carpet was worse than what it was when I called them out they supposedly did a deep cleaning extra sanitizer disinfected deodorizing scar guard all these things but the carpet has all these streaks. The lady was very rude and said she will have the manager contact me before I could say , my name or my phone number the woman hung up on me I tried to call back she would not answer. I still have not received a phone call back Im out of $200 and my carpet is disgusting now I need another carpet cleaning service to come in and fix their damage. I wouldve appreciated a call back to discuss them coming back out, cleaning my carpet, the right way returning my money, at least letting them see the carpet. The lady has not returned my call nor have I heard from a manager. Theyre very rude when you call and they hang up in your face.

    Date of transaction: Monday, Aug 28, 2023 Amount of money paid: $160 We scheduled a sofa cleaning on 8/28/23. The worker arrived and commited to us that if they used the shampoo and vacuum, rather than the steam clean for about half the cost, the dirt would be gone. He worked for a couple of hours and then left after requesting to be paid in cash, which we did. He said that the couch would not look clean yet, as we need to allow time for it to dry. We allowed the couch to dry overnight, and realized that the couch had not been cleaned at all; every dirt spot was still present. The couch now also has a foul smell that we are unable to get rid of. I called the business on Tuesday, Aug 29, 2023 at 4:36pm (representative hung up on me), 5:54pm (representative stated they will have their supervisor return my call), 6:09pm (representative hung up on me), 6:11pm (representative hung up on me), and 6:12pm (representative stated the supervisor is not answering any longer and cannot call back); along with Wednesday, Aug 30, 2023 at 5:53pm (representative hung up on me), 5:54pm (representative hung up on me), and 6:08pm (representative stated that they are resolving the issue and that the supervisor still return my call). As of today, Aug 31, 2023, at 11:45am, I have not received a return call nor any information about how the company is going to rectify this situation. The attached pictures are after the company stated they had cleaned it.
