    I made an online order on 8/10 that got refunded because of multiple orders to the same household but the policy states one per person not household I have tried to talk to the manager who was very rude and would not give me her name I was able to email the owner but he gave me the same answer. Policy on website needs to state the correct policy to avoid the same issue.

    We issued this customer a full and prompt refund on the item she ordered. When she contacted us to get an explanation as to why her order was cancelled, we explained our policy of one of these hats per person (our policy is listed on our product listing and we reiterate that a violation of our policy could result in order cancellation). We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This style the customer purchased is a limited edition hat and we were trying to make sure that as many actual customers as possible have access to this product at retail price, instead of paying a significant amount more from a scalper for this same product. We also addressed customer's concern that more than one person could want to buy in a household. We understand this happens, but there were multiple orders from this customer's address and several of the orders were placed by the same individual, which is what triggered a violation of our policy of one per person in this case. 

    We have addressed every issue the customer has brought in a prompt and responsive fashion. We care deeply about all our customers, even ones we have to say no to. If customer reached out to us again, we would do our best to assist her.
