    **** E Tillners office saw me last January 2024 for a consultation on January ****** and I received a wisdom tooth extraction on that day . I also complained that it felt like it was opening so went back for follow up and complain that i felt like there was a small hole where the incision was and he stitched it up. I asked him about prices and he said it would be fine. Then I had an infection where he had to suction and change the antibiotics too as well, and the office manager ******* ****** barely contacted me months later started on 12/13/2024 leaving me voicemails saying I had a balance due . I finally got in contact with her and she said my balance was $2,616! I called delta dental and they said that of the services that was billed on 1/26/2024 when I had the abscess or infection for code 7260 is not covered and and and code 7511 code had to be resubmitted. I called delta dental and they said the code had to be resubmitted with the correct code. I spoke with the office manager she said they were told to bill my medical insurance but they do not do dental procedures which is correct and it should fall under the dental insurance . It took nearly a year for them to reach out for me for this bill and it is a financial hardship for me to come up with this tremendous amounts of money when it cannot even be billed correctly yet alone, the infection could of been caused from when it was restitched the first time. Claim Number ************** 1/26/2024 Claim Number ************** 1/09/2024 I asked the manager if i can do longer installments since i cannot afford this at this time but she wants me to do larger deposits. I also spoke with the ***************** representative and the same day I spoke to the manager and they said that the office had to resubmit with the correct code, though the office tried submitting with the same code. The office manager threatened putting my account in collections even though its been less than a month than contacting me for balance.
