    Buyer beware. Bonobo Products is run by liars and thieves. I purchased a product from them about 3 months ago undertook a pre-order (at the time), indicating there would be a delay in shipment. Not a problem at first. About 2 weeks after I was surprised to see a shipment notification which was good news as I was expecting a longer wait. However I noticed that the shipment never moved and per ***** only a label was generated. I contacted Bonobo asking for further clarification, not hearing anything for almost an entire week. The first reply I received stated they would look into it and promised a re-ship if they were not able to figure it out. Okay cool a week later I hear nothing. Shocked. I emailed them again with again another 4-5 day wait, asking where my re-shipped product was. My question was eventually replied to, completely ignoring their promise to re-ship, instead blaming the problem on a shipping problem and that a new product was going to be mailed out shortly. I waited another week and hear nothing. Asking again what was going on in a 4th email, I received no reply. About 2 months after this entire thing started, the product randomly showed up in the mail with no communication from Bonobo. I replied after the arrival that I no longer wanted the product and to set up a refund return. Surprisingly I hear back quicker than in the past informing me I would get my money refunded and that I did not need to mail back to item, them apologizing. Cool. Whatever. So I waited and waited and waited with no refund. At this point I contacted my banks and filed a dispute. Bonobo countered the dispute saying they delivered the item as promised, completely hiding their promise to refund my money. This people are liars and thieves and I employ anyone reading this to stay far away from Bonobo. I will continue to share this story in the ****************** with hopes they avoid the same problems I did. Give me my money back Bonobo.
