    I Orderd a holster back in August, after 2 weeks without any update on the product I reached out and received a generic email stating the product wasnt in stock and that I would receive an update upon the order being filled. The issue however, I was charged for the holster even though it hasnt been shipped to me. I have made multiple attempts via phone and email after waiting the 2-4 week production cycle, and have received zero response from **** Leather. This has been completely unprofessional, and has left me extremely dissatisfied with how they conduct business.

    Customer placed order Aug. 20th. Order confirmation and order status was sent electronically on Aug. 22nd. Customer reached out on Aug. 28th to advise on status - this was replied to on Sept. 3rd and stated the information that order was on backordered and may take about 3-6 weeks to complete. Customer reached out via email around Oct. ***** (at this time we had taken a week off and did not have anyone to answer phones or emails) and returned to normal business Nov. 4th. At this time, we responded to the customer to advise on the order status that order will be ready by the end of this week. We have several email threads with this customer and can attach both threads to this review if need be.

    I ordered a holster in late September 2024 and now it's late October and still no holster. I have sent 5 emails and only one response saying it was in production. That was two weeks ago. I have called several times and no one answers the phone and they have stopped returning my emails. Their products are top of the game when you can get them but wow, horrible customer service. Next time I need a holster I will go with either Rounded by Concealment Express, ( American Veteran Owned) or Craft Holsters which is all the way in ********. At least Craft will return my emails.

    **************** placed an order and paid for the purchase. Received an order number and have tried numerous times trying to get in touch with them. I have not received a call back nor an answer to my email. The customer service is not responsive. 1 800 number is always busy and no response to the other numbers. If this is not handled, I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Ill be waiting on an answer.

    Mt. ******,You placed an order on 05/10/2024 while business hours were closed. We are not open over the weekend as stated on our website and ****** landing page information. Your order was processed and entered on 05/13/2024. We are showing records that you sent an email at the end of the day of 05/10/2024, while we were closed. A response to your email requesting an update has been sent at the end of the day yesterday giving you a status update on your order as requested.

    If I could rate negative stars...Ordered a belt that was the wrong size. Sent back over 2 months ago and have had zero communication...other than the emails and phone calls that never get returned. Their mailbox hasn't been set up on their voicemail, they don't return emails, and when you do talk to them, they give excuse after excuse. Their products are top notch, used them during my time in the military, but as for the customer service...WOW AWFUL. I finally reached someone today and was put on hold. A co worker heard my conversation and I told him the products were great but customer service was awful The employee then chimed in while I was on "hold" and said "I can hear everything you say"...I again told him I back the products 100% but the customer service is horrible. He then told me he'd refund the order and would not send me the belt I've waited over 2 months for. He said sorry, they have the right to refuse service.Do not do business with these guys, they are obviously over worked/understaffed...and to be honest, just childish. ****

    Ordered Nov 28, 2022 and inquired about status January 03, 2023. Going on the 5th business day and no email back. No answer on phone or by email. Poor customer service. I expect some generalized response now that I have to go to this extent to get something from them. Funny how they advertise BBB on their site but are not a member. Probably because they are terrible. You wont get another dime from me.
