    I've had a positive experience with this intermediary. I understand that most bureaucracies are difficult to navigate but, DNE assisted with patience to obtain the desired result. My records were a challenge due to my outdated documents, but they produced the positive results and now I can now go forward to get my passport. Thank you.

    Terrible communication and delay after delay after delay. I was quoted 4-6 weeks and its been six months and counting. The process is only moving because I check in and request updates. Theyve shown me electronic copies of documents theyve obtained but have not sent them and do not respond to messages in a timely manner. Their most recent message said We apologize for the delayed response, we have been receiving a crazy amount of requests. They advertised being open all day this past Monday holiday including being open for walk-ins, meanwhile their existing matters dont get any attention. Their social media is polished and consistent but once they get your money they stop focusing on you and focus on getting more clients instead.

    Terrible communication from the company. I reached out to them to start the process for my dual citizenship. I was never contacted back, I still dont know if they are working on my case or not. Im not sure at this point if they trustworthy or not as far as my legal documents go. Others have had positive results as for me I would not recommend this company. If you can do it on your own go for it.
