***** has done multiple notaries for me and my family, also has done my DMV renewal, and helped me obtain my Sentri. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If I could give this place negative stars I would! Called ***************************** (owner) back in June 2023 to inquire about our son's birth certificate amendment and she checked to see with the county how long the process takes, she said it would *********** weeks as they are quite busy. I figured it would be enough time to do the birth certificate process since I needed to get our son his passport for our trip in December 2023 so I had her start the process right away. Good thing I still went ahead with getting his passport done somehow some other way but his birth certificate is still not done yet. I kept calling (no answer, even left voicemails) and emailing ***** after the six weeks was up and only heard one email response that she's checking in again with the county. Never heard from her again after that. I paid over $500 for this and now it's January 2024, it's still not done. I would be weary of this place. I'm thinking of going to the BBB to file a complaint since I never heard from her. It's been over 6 months. This is completely ridiculous! Fast forward to now May 2024, IT'S STILL NOT DONE YET! ***** sent me a document to sign back in March 2024. She should have known from the get go the documents needed from the beginning, not 9 months later. I am beyond ****** off. She claims she has a contact with the assessor's office to have it expedited but we are already coming up to a year since this process began. what kind of business is this place running?! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion. They should close this place down.PRS Livescan And Notary Services

Good *************,Once again we apologize for the delay on your amendment paperwork, but unfortunately we have no control on the wait times and delays, PRS endeavors to provide excellent and timely service to our customers, That's why we felt that it would be fair to refund you $250.00 which we did in February 2024, as the Unfortunate incident on a correction that needed to be done in September 2023,unfortunately we don't have authority to push documents as expedited, nor we claim to have a contact ......with Vital records Department in ********** , we will continue to monitor the amendment , when we communicated in March it was regarding a (NEW ) sworn Statement to be signed and mailed, which we did, and ********** has received it. waiting times are to be determined by Vital records from the new sworn statement received in April 2024, thank you again for your patience and our sincere apologies.
