    Scam. FTC, State Attorney General, and *** are investigating. It is illegal to pretend to be a lawyer, it is illegal to lie about the legal standing you have as a lawyer to coerce and threaten others, it is illegal to hide your information as a practicing lawyer, it is illegal to own and operate a law firm if you aren't a lawyer, it is illegal to falsify zoning data to hide or shield a business from prosecution both civil and criminal cases. They called with zombie debt belonging to my mother, claimed they would take her home, lied about have legal recourse to do so, lied about filing a suit, lied about the legitimacy of the suit, when confronted with the facts still lied, keep lying about their legitimacy and the threatened legal and criminal action for simply asking about their information. CA Bar has no record, zoning list this as an abandoned rental property that was a laundromat, but with 5 law firms attached with no lawyers to speak of. Multiple numbers, multiple aliases, and nothing legitimate to speak of. Cannot wait to see these scum bags in prison and want nothing more than too see them beg for mercy at sentencing only to be denied and sent to life in prison. **** or **** or whatever your real names are, know I am coming for you. You slimy monsters made my terminality ill mother believe her only property would be stolen from her and made her last few months worse as a result.     The company (Hawthorne Management Group) contacted my Husband to tell him that I owed a debt on my ****** (2007) and that it has not been paid and if its not paid in full they are going to take our house and file papers to *** us both for the money due. My husband contacted me to have me call them; they told me that the debt I owed was sent to them from the owner of my account because the payment arrangement I have be making to the company I owe ( ) was not enough to cover what was due and they we're here to settle the matter with my account ( (arbitration) . The Lady I spoke to told me what my settlement amount was, and what I original owed (and she proceed to read me my Social security number) and said if I did not take care of this today that the next day they were schedule to send my papers for court filings for the full amount of $8,000 (after my car was repossessed back in 2010 how much I owed). The lady then ask me how much I can settle for; I said $900 maybe, she said okay! I then ask can they do that Amount? she said give me your credit card number and I can check; then she put me on hold for about ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** for this matter. After I got off the call I was So upset because I felt that if I made arrangements with the Original debt collector ( ) they should have never sent me to a third party to collect all the money at once. I then called the Original debt company ( ) who I am making my auto payments to and told them that it was not fair that they sent me to arbitration to try to collect all the money when we had an payment arrangement; they proceed to tell me that they Do not and Did not do such a thing and that someone just scammed me ( falsely took my money) because they are the ONLY owners of my account and no one else has right to collect on

    This company called me and threatened to take me to court over a 10+ year old debt that was paid in full 10+ years ago. The lady I spoke with, *****, if that's her real name said that I owed $4,441 plus penalties and late fees and offered to settle it over the phone for 50% of the debt amount. This is a complete scam. When I told her absolutely not and that I had proof it was paid, she said I could take that proof to court when they *** me. I said fine, see you there.

    I was called for a credit card that is not on my credit report and this was resolved many years back as this credit card was from over 10 years ago. They threatened me to take me to court to pay it off however, I never got anything in the mail and they want me to pay up front or pay the court which is over 6 grand. As I see this fraud I am not wanting to pay something that was resolved already I dont have anything from before as I stated since its been a well over ************************************************************************************************************************************************ They gave me an address that they sent this information to an address I lived in 15 years ago if not more.
