    I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5. ***** came late in the evening. He could have just given his estimate and returned the next morning but he had no problem working a few hours over. He was very courteous, thorough and professional. Even though my sewage pipes were only 7 years old they had accumulated a TON of thick grease. He said the sludge I had was fairly common and had no qualms about giving maintenance tips. From other reviews I've seen, ***** must be the superstar of the company. If you get him, count yourself fortunate, but I have no doubt that the rest of his crew are like him. 10 stars and 10 thumbs up for ***** and his company!
