  Eastlake Plumbing: Drowning in Disappointment I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Eastlake Plumbing to address a water leak issue stemming from my dishwasher. To put it bluntly, my encounter with this so-called plumbing service was nothing short of a watery nightmare.Eastlake came out 3 times to fix our leaking issue, claiming on all occasions that the issue was fixed. The plumber who came to the property on NOV 08th openly put us down and lied about us knowing the leak continued after his "repair" he said this after we spent almost $1000.00 on a brand new dishwasher and install, per his "expert advice". Due to his unprofessional lies in an attempt to cover this company he lied and put the blame on us. We have his report/ receipt as proof.The real kicker, however, was their inability to resolve the issue. Despite charging exorbitant fees for their so-called expertise, the water leak persisted after their supposed "fix." It's almost impressive how they managed to make the situation worse.In conclusion, if you're seeking a plumbing service that excels in incompetence, lackluster customer service, and an uncanny ability to not fix leaks, Eastlake Plumbing is the perfect choice for you. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values its customers and actually knows how to get the job done. This is completely not acceptable.

  ******* at Eastlake is amazing and saved ** SO much money!! We will be customers for life. We bought our first home recently and the inspector noted polybutylene piping in the attic that would need replacing, as it has been recalled. We set out to get 3 different quotes once we got our keys and we are SO glad ******* was referred to **! The first company came and quoted ** $16k without drywall replacement!! We almost died! The second company didn't even show up for the appointment. Thankfully, ******* came and walked my husband through all of the signs throughout the house that the plumbing had already been replaced completely with copper! The polybutylene in the attic was simply not removed. We had a few other things that needed fixing however and he sent out ****** to do the work. They both arrived promptly, ****** did an excellent job on everything, and most importantly, they were HONEST. So disappointing that the other company was attempting to take advantage of first time homebuyers. ******* and his team brought the excitement back into the home buying experience for **, and we are forever grateful.
