      I have called to schedule payment. No one want to take it unless I talk to person of my account. The person they send me to not at their desk or answer the phone. They want to take my car. I need help. I had receive 3 codes and it says Wrong. I have take pictures that it correct.

      ************************* at the corporate office was rude and unprofessional. Told me I had a sassy attitude because I told him they are giving me a run around and unwilling to assist me in providing a reason why they made a closed account delinquent and then placing blame on another company when balboa incorrectly put my CLOSED account as delinquent and caused my credit to decline 100+ points . Called their ****** office and the man in that office said if the first person cant help me he cant either and no one can help with this. Over all the company and its employees Ive spoken to are rude , unprofessional and this is a company that cant be trusted.

      Worst finance company ever ! Has the rudest collectors , insensitive and not willing to work ! They wanna take me to court for a $600?! Company must be hurting bad !! Will never do business here again and tell everyone I know not to.
