    I sent a satellite phone in for repair in Aug 2023 and got a constant reply via email that the item is almost finished, finished shipping soon, and then we are busy. I have asked for the return of the satellite phone and now there is no response. I have an account at Northern access and this item has never shown up in my account for repair. I kept all of the email's and it's officially a joke.I want my phone back.RETURN OR REPLACE THE PHONE

    we do try to make ourselves available as much as possible even after hours. 
    We came to a nice conclusion over the phone with you which we will be assisting you in a very nice way that we spoke over the phone about by upgrading from your older 9505 discontinued model & into an iridium 9555 thats much more reliable.
    The  Bench Testing of your older satellite phone was completed a ways back which is why one of our techs who is no longer here was noting that we were finished & ready to move forward. 
    Ordering parts of these older model phones that are no longer manufactured can sometimes be longer depending on the age & do apologize for this mishap in communication. 
    Your older model satphone did have many problems that were not cost effective as discussed. 
     After We had a nice talk on the phone over the 2 best & most cost effective ways to help,it came to either get you an upgraded in box replacement 9555 with an additional battery free, external antenna adapter, free shipping. Total cost:$999.99  
    An out of the box Demo Quality Assured iridium 9555 with the same free battery, free external antenna adapter & shipping as mentioned. Cost of $750     
    Both options are very good. The only difference is the one in box is a bit newer & the Demo is an out of box that saves you money.   
     This was an unfortunate event where we lost our tech that was in charge of your repair & some digging had to be done. 
    Due to the inconvenience we are happily offering you these options above. 
     We do sincerely appreciate your patience & understanding. 
     We also put $25 off on your account for use of other services or products.
