I enrolled in this school in March of 2022. Paid somewhere between $1,500-$2,000 after all supplies and cost of school. The school advertised fast tracking for CNA. Finished the courses and was told they would be contact to take state boards. After a few weeks kept calling and emailing to get one of my certificates. Finally after everyone in the class started doing the same they sent them out. Was never contacted about taking my boards. Tried to get in contact before I left for the Army and no luck. Came home in July still nothing even though Ive been reaching out. Finally in December got ahold of someone and they said come in pay $120 to take your boards. Once there they said youll get email confirmation of ************* for boards after telling me they were scheduling me for January 24th. Here we are again the night before and nothing. No email no phone call even though Ive been calling and get no response. They are a sorry excuse for a medical school all they care about is taking peoples moneys and not really helping.

I have read ****************** email and would like to give information in regards to our course process. ****************** attended the *** program March 7, 2022 to April 6, 2022. The state exam was scheduled for May 25, 2022. This information was sent to ****************** via group text. He notified the school that due to ARMY requirements he would not be taking the state test and he would come back to pick ** his official documents. ****************** picked up official documents on December 16, 2022 and out of courtesy of the school was offered to be placed on the next available state exam which was dated January 24, 2023. Once the exam is scheduled, students receive a confirmation email directly from The *********************** and their communication becomes confidential. The *********************** is the agency in charge of state testing. Our school does not get any type of confirmation of attendance from ************************** other than a list of students scheduled for the specific dates.  ****************** paid $120 in money order form directly to The ***********************. We always inform our students that testing through our reservation is not mandatory. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

      Attentively,

In 3/2022, I successfully completed a CNA program at this business. I paid the tuition in full, $1065, the very first day. Shortly after, I moved out of state, so I was unable to take the CA CNA state exam due to the business claiming that they did not have my appropriate paperwork ready. I am now moving back to CA in June, and am preparing for my return. The owner, ***********, has refused to mail or email me my certificate of completion and 283B form, stating that it must be picked up in person. I paid this business a lot of money, and *** never heard of any school or university that is unable or unwilling to send transcripts and other forms to students who have paid their accounts. I have now heard of other colleagues who have complained about this business. Please assist me in obtaining the documents that I need to take the state exam and work as a CNA in **********. Ive been able to work without a license in the ****************, but I wish to take my CNA ********** exam when I visit in January before moving back in June. This business has gotten all the money that I owe to them, so now I feel I dont matter and they are ignoring my requests and giving me bogus excuses. Your attention and help in this matter is very much appreciated; thank you for your time!

      To whom it may concern,

************** contacted San Diego Medical College after completing the course, informing us that she was moving out of state. We let her know that she can only take her state exam in ********** and she needed to pick up her official documents (283B and certificates of completion) in person at the ************* location where she took the *** class. Due to no mail policy (confidential information), we are unable to mail out official documents. She was notified and did not respond back. We recently received an email, stating that sh's moving back to San Diego and she would like to pick up her documents, which we gladly offered her to set up an appointment to pick them up. Please let us know if you need additional information.

      Thank you.
