  For over 40 years, I have engaged with numerous accounting firms, many of which charged high fees without delivering satisfactory results. This changed when I started working with Accounting Avenue. Their team is knowledgeable and professional, approaching every accounting issue with the highest quality of service.   I came to Accounting Avenue in September 2023, and they helped me switch from my previous accountant, who caused lots of problems and an EDD audit. I can tell that ******* helped me tremendously, and her effort to get it right was out of the ordinary. She went the extra mile for me, or we could have lost the business. We have new QuickBooks, and everything is the way it is supposed to be. We are blessed we found such a person. People who complain on this website have to pay or pay her better.**********

  We worked with ******* for years. First started when she still works for different company. She always took care of our business. She did an amazing job rebuilding our QuickBooks and dealt with inaccurate records needed for the *************************** Thanks to her and her great orientation to details and immaculate recordkeeping we are now paid more on our monthly SSI checks. She helped to close our business last year and now we go to her only for Income Taxes with Foreign Income which I know not many tax firms want to deal with it. Accounting Avenue is a "one-stop shop" for sure.

  ******* messed up my tax return and said she would have it fixed by the next day. It has now been two weeks of me calling every day with no response. I think she may have blocked my number

  This is the absolute worst business to get involved in. If you want ZERO response when you need any help, urgent or not, then use her services. You can only recommend this business to your closest competitors. They will reel. This business will ensure that every return, form, EDD, ***, EFTPS will be tardy and incorrect and you will be sure of getting nasty letters from those authorities advising you of penalties, fees and interest on late fees. Your returns will NEVER be done on time and she will always file for extensions leaving you in the dark. You will be prone to *** audit and major, major stress and anxiety because of this awfully run business. She will charge for services rendered and do nothing for it. Then you will be ghosted. She is a complete scam artist. I am still waiting for last years W2's and guess what? 'Oh, I am out sick'. She will tell you that she is an Enrolled Agent for the *** and that is a downright lie! If you get to sit in front of her, *******, she will tell you what she will do, then the second out of her office she does NOTHING
