    I paid $71. Yuneec Skins sent me a mailing label. I sent a Typhoon H drone for repair. They are to contact me with an estimate. ************ said the package was delivered on September 24, 2024. I have tried to contact them by their website, calling their number and leaving voicemails and I sent a written letter by ******* to their address but no one has responded. My email address and phone number are on all the messages I sent them. I am looking for a response from them.

    On February 6, 2024 I left a message for *********************** about a repair.On February 13, 2024 I called *********************** and spoke to him about repairing my drone. He asked me to submit a repair Ticket on his website yuneecskins.com On February 13, 2024 I submitted an order for service on my drone through the Yuneec Skins website.On February 14, 2024 I received a shipping Label.On February 14, 2024 I shipped the drone using their shipping label.On February 15 they received the package at 12:15pm.On March 20, 2024 I left a message for **** requesting a status of my repair. No return call.On April 2, 2024 I called **** again and spoke with him. He told me my drone was next up for repair and would be done by the weekend.On April 11, 2024 I received a detailed invoice from Yuneec Skins (***********************) for $631.31 through PayPal. On April 16, 2024 I Paid the invoice in full through PayPal.On Apr 26 1:12 PM I spoke with **** and he said it would be completed and sent out that weekend.On May 22, 2024 I got a shipment notification from **** I checked it and it said, and continues to say The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. And Label Created. That means the label was created but it hasnt bee given to ****On Jun 12 9:46 AM ************ Spoke with ****, he said its shipping out in 2 days.     I sent Yuneec Skins two drone camaras which were received by them on 7/18/2023. I have sent several emails and called to either get my camaras repaired or sent back with no response.
