    My name is ****** and I live in ************. I am currently living at this property and have been for ten years from ********* the first seven years here were GREAT! however the past THREE years have been a nightmare with FOUR different managers in THREE year span The properties units and parking lots are falling apart fast and a Lefever Mattson Property Management just keeps raising the rent until entire properties are left vacant. This company hires and hands out leases to it's maintenence workers and they are given the rent at a discount. The company's employees/ residents don't follow any of the lease guidelines and brake property rules and regulations daily, parking in a fire lane daily and nightly and using the laundry room after hours disturbing residents at 1,2,3,4,5 I'm the morning. I have video and audio proof that this company will allow a resident that is MYSELF to be harassed and verbally abused by members of it's company as long as he is a maintenence man and is fixing things I have been flipped off and cursed at by the Maintaince man at this company he even flips off my cameras and curses and my apartment I have notified the manager of the property and she states that she is only an advocate and not much she can do to help me. Is she doing this to protect her employee? It's a very stressfull situation as you can imagine even my family does not feel safe as the maintenence man is constantly staring at my family. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS IF IT WAS THE LAST RENTAL COMPANY ON EARTH. All you need to do is research LEFEVER MATTSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to see the the company is being investigated by the federal government and see the terrible things these two owners have done by scamming investors to invest into the properties many of which will be sold and taken. Good luck to anyone that rents from this company as they only want your money and a place to work and go through the motions of renting out units that is it.
