      I purchased a MSI ****** at the ******* in ********* ** today and when I opened it up at home it had a dusty HP that doesnt even work inside! I contacted the corporate ****** of ******* first that told me to get ahold of a manager at the store so I called the store. Once I finally got a manager they said to come in and theyd figure out what happened. So I drove another 30+ mins out and when I got there they said they reviewed the footage and it was untampered when sold. They told me to contact the manufacturer which is MSI so I did and they said they couldnt do anything as well. I paid $1,000+ plus to be out of a laptop and my money so I dont know what to do know at this point.

      Contacted ******** and discussed the case and what has occurred. Did inform that unfortunately MSI would not be able to provide any assistance for the matter. And that would need to be handle by the place of purchase in this case ******** Did encourage to contact ******* since had heard from an executive from the company. But we just could not do anything in regards to replacing the laptop and that was sorry for the circumstances. But just could not have been replaced in the manner that it was on our end.

      i filled out info november 24th 2023 for a rebate that msi was offering through newegg.com for 20 bucks. it has been almost 3 months i still have not got my rebate money, they keep giving me bullcrap answers when i call telling me excuses that its on the way and weeks later i dont see anything, talked to a supvervisor and that was no help. basicly its almost a fraud i probably wont buy there brand again rebate tracking id number ********

      We did have an agent follow up with the customer and after some checking on the rebate found that had been mailed out. Was later than normal and there some confusion rebate side but was confirmed was mailed out and confirmed that customer did received the rebate.

      I'm filing a complaint regarding my RMA request EMAXT24011966 for GeForce RTX 3060 Ti VENTUS 2X 8G OCV1 LHR graphics card with S/N 602-V397-207SY2107004770. This is the fifth time I'm sending the device back for repair while all the previous repairs do not completely solve the problems. In light of the situation, I'd like to have a full replacement instead of a repair to ensure that my device is working properly.

      I have a ****ti Suprim X that is on its third RMA. I sent it in for the first time 7/17/23. Once they returned it, it sat unused and unopened because we purchased a replacement card in the meantime. Their RMA process takes about 3 weeks and we couldn't afford the downtime, so we kept this card as a spare in case another devkit machine went down. When I finally needed to use the card on 11/22 - I discovered it had the same exact issue. They had shipped it back with the same exact issue (card crashes under any sort of load. Gaming/benchmarking/rendering. Tested in 3x machines, and a machine with brand new RAM and PSU). They were closed for the holiday and not open on weekends - so I waited 5 days to even get ahold of them. Once I could get in contact, I asked them to replace it and they agreed - but they told me that they didn't have any of the same card to replace it with. Their rep told me on 11/27 they would let me know what cards were in stock for replacement by the end of that day but they never got back to me. I then called every single day to try to get an answer to figure out what theyre going to do and what was in stock and got the same answer each time - that someone would email me by the end of the day and let me know, which never happened. I didn't get an answer until 12/5 that they had a ****ti Suprim X in stock and would ship it out that day. I received the replacement card on 12/7 that was DOA. Completely non-functional, no fan spin and no video output. I called their RMA center and they want me to go through their RMA process (14 business days once they receive the card, not including shipping and processing time) for a third time, or provide my credit card info and agree to a $1,000 hold so they can cross ship me another refurbished "replacement". The ONLY resolution I will accept is a brand new, factory sealed replacement of an equivalent or better card. 1st RMA: EMAX23052797 2nd RMA: EMAXT23086070 3rd RMA: EMAXT23089507 Do better.

It was fully tested and we were in contact with the customer throughout the *** and looks to have been shipped back already with tracking info provided.

      So i purchased a motherboard model MSI MPG X570S EDGE ************ *** X570 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX *** Motherboard from newegg.com. T he board was DOA so i sent it in for repair. What was returned to me was model MAG X570S ****************** This board that i received is not what i sent in for repair. They never even contacted me to ask me if this was ok with me. The board i purchased was not free. That was my hard earned money that i spent. Now this replacement board, the Argb connectors are not working. The device keeps automatically rebooting. I am too done. This is not fair. How can these people have people pay for one thing and then send you something different like this and worst this is a lesser model than what i purchased. This needs to be corrected. This has been a horrible experience from a customer service standpoint and a company standpoint and i cannot ever see myself recommending this company to any of my tech friends or gamers. 601-7D53-010B2212004296 - This is the ** for the board EMAX23080937 - This is the original RMA MSI needs to make this right or i will put this whole experience on social media which as we all know is a very powerful tool and i am sure my fellow gamers would pay attention.

      Order number: ***** Payment paypal MSI is unreachable by phone and email is non existent support as well. I tried contacting multiple times and they were non responsive. They sent me a damaged box that the carrier took to the wrong address and I never received a laptop but an empty package. I tried to resolve this with them but they were not cooperating! Refund me my funds in entirety!The merchant is non-responsive, I did not receive the product I ordered & paid for and its been a lengthy amount of time. I tried to resolve the is*** with the merchant but the merchant showed no care in resolving the is***. **************** is non existent, I never received the merchandise (a laptop) and I received an empty damaged box with multiple punctures and holes all over the box and it was sent to a neighboring address and not to my address. The neighbors brought the empty box over to my address. The shipping label is also highly damaged and illegible. This was all caused by merchant and shipper negligence. Customer should receive full refund for purchase stated so that I do not have to *** them in court ( I study law! ). Politely refund customer urgently in full amount to resolve the matter so as not to escalate to civil litigation, chargeback and other preemptive methods of fund collecting alongside State, Federal Consumer Fraud Protection laws enactments. I have added the Police Report in question for the theft of the laptop that MSI could have used for insurance as the package was mis delivered to the incorrect address! The police have not yet contacted me as they haven't found the laptop. The item was never delivered to the correct address or to the correct recipient, which is me! I contacted MSI about this is*** & they never responded to my case. Even after contacting PayPal's dispute team, MSI made no attempt to resolve the case. MSI is very defiant and they have very terrible ratings elsewhere on the internet. Politely refund me in full before ********************

We do not believe we were at fault here in anyway.       On around the 5th of November I noticed my graphics cards port wasn't working correctly again. It would cut in and out. So I contacted msi and they said to rma it which is like returning for a new one its part of there warranty..I don't like doing stuff like this becuaee this exact reason it's happening me now. To many variables can go wrong. Well first off I had to pay 50 dollars for shipping to send tge card to them. They received the card I got a text saying they did then a few days later I got a conformation that it had been approved and it would take til the date to fix it. We'll 5 hrs later I got an email form a customer service rep which I though was odd. They said that.my card pcb is broken and it doent qualify to be fixed. The problem is the picture they sent me I never broke. And also it had **** a burn in the top left.corner on top of it. They are teyingto blame it ok me. When I know one of there people had.to do it. I mean the so called damage was on the pins.and that's on the outside. Wouldn't have it failed the initial check snd nwvr got approved to be repaired?? I think they approved it then messed up sbd tried to cover there butts by saying I broke it. I have pixtire.of the card before it was shipped and the whole situation is shady. I went form a bad hdmi port.to.my card bot working st all? No wsy!! Listen im.disablrd and I get ssi . This card was 800 bucks and I saved for yesrs to get it and now.not even year after i bought it is trying to just take my.livelyhood(gaming is.my.only release now) and they must think people are stupid or somthing . I.mean duh I have photos. U approved the repair then later denied it shady. Then thwy emailed me this email on a Friday over holiday weekend veterans day. Do u know how panicked and upset I was all weekend what business does that. Then they finally get back me after I explain it was ther.empoyee or shipping or 2 days later and what thwy say is they cna repkace.it for 500 bucks!! What is wrong with this comapny..I want my card or the full 809 I paid for it. This is wrong and what's right is right. How dare they try n blame.an innocent gamer of this bs. Inclined is all the pics they sent..my picture I had before I shipped it and the conversations...im sick of companies doing thing so peope like this I won't stand for it. PLZ GIVE ME AN EMAIL I CNA SEND PICS TOO.THEY WONT UOLOAD TOO LARGE. THANKS

      I purchased an RTX **** that still had a warranty. The graphics card started to artifact so I RMA'd the card and sent it in on three separate occasions paying for shipping each time. Each time I received the card the artifacting persisted and I had no communication about the nature of the cards issues or what they had done to test/ fix the card. The card still artifacts despite multiple attempts to get it RMA'd. I would like a full new replacement of the card.

      Purchased a laptop (MSI GE78HX laptop with i9 13980HX+ ****) On feb 10th, 2023 on Amazon's website.Serial Number: ************* Price: $4278.93 USD This laptop has been nothing but problems since I got it. I have already needed to send it in for service once because their BIOS update process is notorious for failing and rendering the laptop unusable. They did fix the laptop, though ever since it has had issue with overheating. Now, MSI refuses to accept a return as it is out of their return window. Also, MSI refuses to stand by their product and pay for shipping to their RMNA department. When I say the laptop has been overheating I mean that the laptop gets so hot even on *** fans and on a flat, hard surface, external devices of all kinds will case to function at all. Then, the laptop will blue screen with any number of different error codes. Obviously, this has been a major stressor paying so much for this laptop to have nothing but constant issues. I paid so much to not have to deal with these issues and MSI cant even be bothered to own up to the faults of their product. At this point, the desired outcome would be a refund for this defective product. If not a full refund then at least provide me a replacement/ fix this one. I have a feeling that this machine has a defective motherboard in some capacity as these CPUs should throttle themselves before crashing the way it does.

And once that was done all the issues that were resulting from the high temps were resolved. He indicated was good and did not need any assistance informed him that I would respond to the complaint.

      I was sold a laptop with a broken motherboard.I discovered that the audio wasn't functional. Sent it to msi for warranty repair to be told it's a broken motherboard not covered via warranty. They acknowledged no external damage and I'd never opened the device.
