    Ordered a Smart4 watch. Paid $75.00. Order form said item was returnable. No packing slip just a return address on the packaging. Returned item on 4/3/2023 to that address on the packaging. Couldnt find a phone # for the co. I googled them and they sent a link to fill out a form. Started the form and it said they had to have a photo of the item . I explained it was already returned and I know they got it because my return info was on the return package. When item was ordered Nothing showed a form and photo was needed to refund. I tried to fill out the form and when I got to them wanting a photo the link wouldnt let me go any further. I responded to the with a note I didnt have a photo, Their response in so many words was too bad so sad. The link they sent made me agree to the refund policy. When I ordered the item no where was there a refund policy statement other than it was refundable. I told them to send the watch back if they wont give me a refund. They are not responding to my emails. I can only respond to their note . It doesnt let me see their email address. I want a total refund on the watch. They will not answer me at all.
