    worst customer service ever. they don't have any answers to the status of their orders. the only answer is sorry. one month after cancelling an order, they are trying to send it to me & not refund the order. It took them two months to ship an order. Very dishonest Company. They try to play ignorant & not refund anything.

    Do not give this company your money. After purchasing a $2,224.00 Band Saw on November 21st 2023, it came in damaged, we rejected shipment as you are supposed to. Notified the company and they offered a refund or replacement saw. I chose a replacement because I really wanted this brand of Saw. After several emails and phone calls, no saw, no refund. Its Feb 21st ****, the receptionist has caller Id and won't take your call or pick *** phone and hangs up on you. No responses to Emails. I had to protest the **** charges after three months with no success. This company is dishonest, do not buy from them.
