    Received a defective 3d printer from the company. Additionally that charged for filament but never sent the product over until a dispute was filed. After almost a month, flashforge refuses to provide a return label violating their own return policy. I am stuck with a brick and just want it gone and refunded. Worst costumer service company I've dealt with and their products are trash. Spend a couple of $100 to get a product that has super low end connectors for electronics. They need to focus on ** and customer service.

    Ordered a 3d printer but never opened it after realizing I ordered the wrong model. The refund policy is 30 days. I am within my 30 day window how we they have ignored my emails and refuse to provide me with the information I need to return it. They are scam artists and are refusing the return going against their advertised return policy. I am contacting my bank, disputing the transaction and filing a complaint with every avenue I can find for consumer protection. Buyer beware, do not purchase from this company.

    I'll start by explaining this situation, ordered a roll of filament from their Amazon store, received an empty unsealed amazon padded envelope, contacted ****** and talked to 11 different customer service ***** got no where, emailed flashforge directly with lots of photo proof as well as the Amazon delivery drivers own photo of an empty envelope with nothing in it as it was flat it definitely doesn't have a 2.2lb roll of filament in it, went to flashforges instagram and my message has been read but with no reply after 5 days, still no response to my email after a week of waiting, I even turned around and reordered two more rolls of it to try and get it cause I liked the filament and that package was lost and can't get a refund till it goes back to Amazon which it can't because they themselves said it was lost. I'm very frustrated that I'm just out 68 dollars and nether Amazon or flashforge will help me, will be filing a claim with my bank to try and get the money back for the lack of 3 rolls of filament, stay away from this company they do not care about you

    Company is a bunch of liars and they are ripping off my 14 year old. Printer didnt work properly so they said if we sent it back they would refund shipping and asked us for the receipt and tracking #. All they sent was the refund for the printer itself not the $260 for shipping too. I sent a copy of the email where the said they would refund the shipping but now they are ignoring me. Ill go through every Avenue of complaints and credit card company disputes until we are refunded, they dont know who they are messing with.
