    Hi iam a retired senior, 69 years old. I bought a used washer from the store owner *******************. The month of October 10,2023 I am on a fixed income.I was told there would be a 90 day warranty. Well having just move into a new rental, there was no washer or dryer provided. It was about a month before I was able to buy a dryer. The first time I used the washer was some time before Thanksgiving day. Right away I noticed something was wrong, it began making strange noises and took an unusual time washing. The next day I returned to the store and talked to *******************. **** informed me that it was normal , that the cycling always makes noises and the washing cycle could take hours. Well I left with that. In December I went back to the store and talked with a different salesman and told him the same problem. He suggested an appointment for Dec.27. 2023. I had to cancel the appointment do to family issues. Meanwhile I just excepted the fact that the washer that way. Then around march the 25th I was doing a load of wash and working in the garage where the washer is located , when I noticed the washer had stoped, finished it cycle, but after a few minutes it started the wash cycle all over again. I new that was not right. So I made a appointment for a service, and found out the controller was no good. I paid ****** for the washer and ***** for the service call. I talked with **** , I wanted to him to cover the repair because it never worked correctly in the first place. He refused my plea and offered ***** towards a different washer . Iam now out of ******. Its not right that he should be ripping off the poor and senior citizens . Please help. Thank you.
