    We reserved a 10-yard dumpster on 11/1/24 for a bathroom remodel and were told just to make sure that materials were not filled above the top of the dumpster and we complied with that requirement. Although the site states that ***** pounds are allowed, there is no way as a homeowner to know how much weight a full dumpster would weigh. We paid for our initial reservation with a credit card and after it was full and picked up by the company they called us and said our weight was significantly over and we would be charged an additional charge to cover the dump cost. Unfortunately, they already had our credit card on file and automatically charged us an additional $243.32 without our consent stating that was to cover the cost of additional weight of our waste yet we saw no confirmation of the weight from the dump used. We feel completely misled that a dumpster that large is only allowed ***** pounds and that a company can collect a consumer's credit card and use/charge without even getting approval from the consumer. We paid a total of $672.22 thinking that all of our waste we be covered at the initial cost of $428.90
