  ******** and ******* came to my friends house after her grandparents had recently passed away. Never paid her. Claimed the items were stolen and never followed up with a police report or lawyer as claimed. She then ghosted her. Lost almost everything in the last year or so and these scum make it even harder on her

  To comment on Rhonda S posting; Brittany F********* did not have legal standing in the house in Clovis where she was selling our possessions and other people's possessions. She was in the "process of eviction" since last July. She had no legal authority to (occupy) my parent's home where she was holding these estate sales. I'm sorry for your financial loss and emotional toll. Report to Clovis PD and Fresno County Sheriff. It is my understanding that she is "known".
  My mother and step father's belonging were taken or stored as well. We don't know what happened to everything, we just know they are not in our home where Brittany was finally legally removed by The Fresno County Sheriff on July 11, 2023.
  The theft was brazen and intentional of an entire household of memories and personal belongings. All of my parent's possessions, which Brittany F********* did not have authority to sell, hold or give away are now gone. I do not know the whereabouts and probably never will. She even refuses to give me my own mother's remains after several attempts to request a portion of mom's ashes.
  That is priceless and / Including my step father's baseball memorabilia and World
  Series ring American League (1981) and my mother's precious /sentimental jewelry that was left to me (her daughter) in the last and testament recorded many years' ago. This business in my humble opinion (appears) to be a sham for selling and storing of our family's estate's possessions.
  I warn anyone who is considering doing business to make sure they always do their "due diligence".
  My personal opinion and rating for this business is too show extreme caution if you are considering hiring them for your estate sales needs. Google the name of the owner and or principal of any business, in this case it's "Brittany R F*********" to make sure you are comfortable with a person's ethics and character.
  Those attributes will always speak for themselves.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Brittany picked up 4 trailers full of my deceased parents’ things to have a “sale” at her home. After multiple attempts to contact her, and a text stating that we should receive a check within days, she was unreachable. She finally texted back that she had been robbed and all of our things and the money she made from the sale was stolen. She doesn’t have an address anywhere. Even if I believed that she had actually been robbed, we wouldn’t have lost anything if she had given us the money and our stuff back when we asked. I don’t know how people can live with themselves when they steal from people who have just experienced a profound loss. Since law enforcement hasn’t been that helpful for us, I hope she gets what she deserves somehow.
