      We recently found out from PG&E our solar system has not been generating energy since approximately April of this year. We have tried contacting Bryant Construction, the company who installed the system multiple times. We have called the phone number listed on their site and left messages several times without a response. Their website says we can also text the number listed which we have done with no response. We have e-mailed the company as well, also with no response. On their website they allow you to book an "appointment" online if you're interested in purchasing solar. We tried that approach and made an appointment, the appointment was for 10am on a Friday, no one showed up. By 10:45 AM we call the number listed in our appointment confirmation email, no answer so we leave a message. Someone named **** called back and we missed the call however he never left a message. We recognized the number from the missed call as the one we had previously dialed so we called back. **** informed us he didn't know why an appointment was scheduled with him since he doesn't work in sales. We explained the situation to him regarding how many times we have tried contacting the company and how our system is not working. He informed us he would contact someone named ***** and that she would contact us to get the issue resolved. **** never gave us contact information for ***** and ***** has never called us regarding our issue. We have even gone to the address listed on their website to see if we could speak with someone as this is costing us $3,000 in True-Up. Unfortunately, this company only seems to "rent" an office space within a larger business and there was no one we could speak to. Their website speaks to how customer service is their top priority but obviously it isn't.
