    Date of transaction: 2/22/25 11:05am I did a drop-off package at this store and had them print out the label and box up the item in confidence. I called the store the following week on 2/27/25, Thursday because the tracking number on my reciept did not match the tracking number on the label I had printed out at the store. The employee at the UPS store at this location was rude. She told me that the package has been delivered to ******* on Monday, 2/24/25 and was signed by **** *******. No address provided. I told her that the tracking number on my receipt and on the label does not match and asked how she can help me retrieve the package so I can send it to the correct place. She said it is out of her hands and told me to call the **** I called the **** ************, I was told to call the store and have them file a claim for having the item sent to the wrong address. I called the store and spoke to the same person and she told me that there is nothing she can do for me and hung up on me. The item I shipped is an expensive bag that I was selling to a consignment store to help pay for my sons College fees for classes and books he needs. I was hopeful in resolving the issue with someone at the store to help me retrieve my package so I can send it to where it was supposed to go in the first place. I also wanted to know how the tracking numbers do not match? The tracking number on my receipt is 1Z0961579001260751 and the tracking number on the label that I had printed out at the store and shipped is 1Z12R0R19090560564. What is even more confusing is that no address is provided to where it was shipped and that **** ******* signed for the package. I would like to have my package back to send it to where it was suppsoed to go or be reimbursed for the purse.

    We have tried to call the customer and have left voicemails with no response. Also if you review the drop-off package receipt on the top left corner it shows store #**** and the address for that location. This customer needs to contact the ********************** showing on the receipt. Our center will not have access to that stores information as we all are individually owned Franchisee locations.
