    On 10/10/2024 went to Legal Tech in ****** CA and had ******** ******** update our living trust. She took the information that was needed but then charged us a total of $595. I then reached out to her several times to see what was going on since originally she had stated that it would only take 2-3 weeks. I then received a call from her back on Dec 4 2024 stating that she was just waiting for a Notary Public to contact her back with a date and time, she would then reach back out to us. I have not received any calls back from her, I've been leaving her several messages. At this point all I want is for her to contact me and just pick up my documents from her, whether they are updated or even if they are not Notarized.

    Legal Tech agreed to file papers in Probate which she never did. She also has not refunded the money for the service she never gave.Numerous contacts with "********" only keep us on a never ending merry go round to nowhere.We want our money returned for service never rendered.

    On 10/19/21 I paid ******** from legal tech in ****** ********** to file my QDRO paperwork. I paid her $550.00. It has been two years and my case has not been resolved. When I met with ********, I gave her all of the contact information she would need to file my case correctly. Every time I speak with her she states everything is being processed. My case was only filed once in the courts and it was for the wrong organization. At that time she stated it would be corrected and needed more signatures. Myself and the other party did as we were told. Still no resolve. I spoke with ******** approximately one month ago and she stated my case was approved and I should be receiving my funds soon. Well I have not heard anything yet and I have tried to call ******** with no answer. It feels like she is avoiding my calls and not responding to messages. I have tried contacting the people she has spoke with at the retirement agency and they dont have any information regarding my case and have not spoke with ********. Times are hard and I am disabled. I wish I would have read the complaints on the bbb site and local reviews. If so I would have taken my business elsewhere. My fault on that. I have asked for a refund but that probably wont happen. All I want is my case to be resolved. Thats it. But ******** is not responding. Im not sure what else to do. I cant afford another paralegal. I feel I have been lied to and scammed out of my money. I have kept notes on our conversations and have kept all emails. Im sure ******** will respond to this and put the blame on me, just read the prior reviews and you can decide for yourself. Just give me a refund or resolve the case. It needs done soon. It has been two years. She did give me copies of my court paperwork once but also gave me someone elses private information. Im hoping they had a better experience with legal tech in Clovis. Thank you Respectfully submitted YT

    I paid a total of $788 ($350 on May 3rd, 2022 & $438 on May 5th, 2022) to have some adult-adoption papers filed so that I can include my (step) son as part of a family will and trust. Over the course of the last year they have only responded twice to the multiple requests for details regarding the case filing. Each time is a different excuse. After checking with the court myself it turns out they have not even received the filing, there's no case number, no record whatsoever.
