      Plumber came out was told of 2 issues on 2 separate toilets, Plumber was told there was a clog, he was adamant that we had a broken pipe he only checked on our downstairs toilet and didnt remove the toilet as requested. He recommended that i call a different plumber , i asked why if im already paying you a fee. Then he states or just wait for him to return on another day to fix the toilet since his tool was broken. I said IF you can fix it then fix it. He returns same day goes out to the water main and says well the water flows so i think your pipe is broken, i said how?? This is a brand new house, i know my toilet is clogged and not a broken pipe. I asked arent you going to check my upstairs toilet? Ok well go upstairs and tell me if it flushes, i go and flush and i tell him No, He went back outside and came back for payment. Then he says i cant give you a receipt but you'll get it by email. I have not gotten my receipt yet still waiting on that. I've called several times July 25th, 26th, Aug 4th and Aug 6th regarding "the service"with no resoultion. Todd is the Manager of this business he stated on July25th he would call me right back to take care of the issue, and email my receipt NO Call back no receipt. I called July 26th the phone rep stated she would give him a message to call me, Still nothing. I called Aug 4th to tell rep no receipt yet and still no call from Todd. This business is quick to take customers money but run from issues that need attention. I want a full refund but most importantly i want my receipt. I've tried several times to contact for resolution but i guess this is how Mr Rooter conducts business. Please help me resolve
