      I contracted ***************************** based out of ******, **, to service my tankless water heater due to inconsistent hot water in my home. This service was performed on April 1st and 2nd, 2024.The technicians from **************************** assured that flushing the water heater and cleaning its coils would resolve the issue. They performed these repairs and charged me $375.00. Despite these actions, there was no improvement in the water heater's performance. The technicians noted on the invoice that the service had resolved the issue, which was not the case.When I reported the continued problem, I was informed that a potential cartridge issue might be causing the problem. However, this potential issue was not addressed at the time of service, nor was it initially disclosed as a likely cause of the problem until after the service had been completed and the issue persisted.I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with **************************** by requesting either a full refund of the $375.00 paid or that the charge be applied to a definitive fix that addresses the hot water inconsistency. The response from the company has not acknowledged the failure to resolve the initial issue, nor have they agreed to refund or provide additional services without further charges.I am seeking assistance from the BBB to facilitate a resolution where I either receive a full refund or the company returns to fix the issue at no additional cost, considering the initial service did not achieve the promised result.
